WHAT DOES IPTV UK MEAN?

I just purchased a completely new Mecool KM2 deluxe box and I am trying to download IPTV Smarters Pro using Downloader application and Troypoint Software box. I'm not getting a down load website link and providing me an mistake concept. could it be a little something to try and do using this particular box or even the down load link on your toolbox
